Location
The property is located in Pernera, Protaras, approximately 5km's from the busy summer resort of Ayia Napa and the
beautiful Nissi Beach. The quieter resort of Protaras is on your door step with the pretty Cypriot town of Paralimni being
8km's away. Within a 2 minute drive is the Waterpark and the secluded Ayia Thekla beach. The area is serviced by motorways
giving easy access to the rest of the island. A car is not essential to get around as the taxi service is very reasonable
and very reliable however getting to the villa from Larnaca Airport will cost around 39 Euros. Details of a
