Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically
agreed.
The above rates include use of the air-conditioning. A 25% deposit (non-refundable) will be required to
secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Long term rentals welcome at reduced rates.
There is a £150 damage deposit to be paid at the same time as the rental balance.
If there is no damage to the property or contents, then this will be returned immediately upon completion of rental period.
