Additional information about rental rates
Weekly Rates include Power, water, heating and air conditioning for the duration of your stay.
Low Season Monthly Rate is for accomodation only. If you take this option you will also need to pay for your usage of electricity and water for the duration of your stay.
A 25% deposit (non-refundable) will be required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. There is a £200 damage deposit to be paid at the same time as the rental balance. If there is no damage to the property or contents, then this will be returned upon completion of rental period.
Other long term rentals are welcome at reduced rates. Please contact the owner if you require more details.
